My Favorite Taiwanese Food

By Luis Daniel Alejandro Lopez

I like the Jin Men breakfast of Guan Dong style porridge, The broth is usually rice-based, with various things in the broth, such as pork, egg, and fish. You have the option of adding a you tiao--oil-fried bread stick.

Its flavor is somewhat sweet and smooth. At first it is somewhat strange, but after a short time you discover that also is delicious and you will be satisfied after you finish.

I think milk ice is actually non-dairy creamer added to water, then frozen and shaved, but it is still pretty good and particularly delicious if it is combined with mango jelly. It acquires a sweet but simple flavor and makes a perfect balance of flavor and consistency.

In my opinion, Jasmine tea is one of best teas. It is a kind of pale yellow and is somewhat sweet with a clean and light aspect that makes food taste better. It is common in almost all the restaurants and you can have refill – fantastic!

Finally, the supreme dish is the fried fish served in all restaurants with a little salt, bittersweet sauce and three types of vegetables to choose from. Served with a glass of jasmine tea and you know what is the glorious, best food of all.

The general quality of food in Taiwan is quite high, and it is very delicious and most importantly it is very cheap.
